Description
Roblin Park Children's Programs, located in beautiful Charleswood, is hiring a child care assistant to join our team.

We are a non profit child care facility providing care to children within our Nursery School, Preschool, Kinder and School Age programs.


Our centre operates Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and all employees must be available to work any shift.

This position is for 8 hours a day in our preschool program with the possibility to become full time.
This current position is available from March 1st to November 2023.

Hourly wage reflects those who have completed the required 40 hour CCA course as required by the Manitoba Government


Must have the following assets:

  • Good communication both verbal and written in English.
  • Punctual, reliable, and flexible with the ability to work any shift during centre hours.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification Level C
  • Outgoing and prepared to actively participate with the children both inside and outdoors
  • Friendly and a desire to work in a team setting with the ability to work independently
  • Experience preferred working with children who have additonal support needs


Must hold or be willing to obtain a clear criminal record check and child abuse registry check in good standing.

Cannot be older than 3 months and we must have the original copy on file.


Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 9 months


Salary:
$16.05 per hour
