We are excited to expand our Client Care team and are looking for a full-time Client Care Coordinator.

The Client Care Coordinator plays a key role in creating the elevated experience for our clients by building relationships to individualize our services, optimize bookings through careful management of our systems, thoughtfully working through all situations with exceptional communication, and bringing welcoming vibes to everyone we connect with.

The Client Care Coordinator will help to grow the North community through supporting media content creation - thinking creatively to enhance and showcase the brand, services, products, and client experience.

Also contributing to new ways to retain and recover clients.

This role is full-time, and includes evening and weekend shifts.

This role is based out of our King location, however requires the flexibility to travel to our Oakville location.

Job Type:
Full-Time, Permanent

Salary:
$19.00 per hour + commission

Schedule: 8 hour shift, includes evenings and weekends

Experience:
Customer service: 3 years (required) (note that this does not require previous medical office/reception experience)
