$50,000-60,000/year

About The Operations Supervisor Role:

We are looking for a solid leader to work with, and coach and develop our staff into service rockstars; assist in planning and scheduling; ensure that every job is done to perfectly to company standards; build relationships with our clients through customer service and outstanding quality of work; and more.

More specifically your responsibilities are not limited to but will include:

Leading our teams to maximize on job efficiency and performance
Training, coaching, developing staff
Site inspections
Coordinating teams, assignments, and scheduling
Planning duties
Administrative duties

*In this role you will spend some of your time in office and some of your time in the field with clients and our team(s).

Qualifications and Education

2 years in a Team Leader or Supervisory Role
2 years in a Customer Service/Services based role
2 years in an operations based role
2 years in a cleaning role highly desirable but not mandatory
Hospitality background highly desirable but not mandatory
Have completed all or some college/university courses

*Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license
