Your Role and Responsibilities

  • You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
As a Sales Business Operations Professional you will be responsible for the aspects of operations management and support which can include facilitating elements of business unit or function management review processes and systems

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Working with the business to analyze and optimize operations for peak performance; analysis of key initiatives and gaps
  • Revenue / profit performance analysis
  • Account growth and erosion analysis; cost and expense budget management
  • Client satisfaction deployment and ratings; plan administration;
  • Outreach to geographies and global counterparts to advance standard processes and deliverables.
  • Integrated project planning and forecasting
  • Managing billing and invoicing
This role can be performed from Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 35 years of experience in Sales, Business Operations, or similar domain
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve
  • A clear credit check is a requirement for this role

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Project Management Experience
  • Experience of working with project planning and forecasting tools
