Job description
Kaiya Kreatives Marketing is recruiting experienced Programmer Analysts on behalf of a large enterprise client undergoing a major digital modernization initiative.
This role focuses on building and integrating internal applications, workflow automation, collaboration platforms, and analytics dashboards using Microsoft technologies.
You will work directly with business users and technical stakeholders to transform manual processes into secure, scalable digital solutions.
Responsibilities
Application Development & Automation
- Build custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps
- Automate workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate systems through APIs and connectors
- Develop scalable enterprise solutions
SharePoint & Collaboration Platforms
- Design and implement SharePoint Online pages and structures
- Configure permissions and publishing workflows
- Improve usability and accessibility of internal platforms
Data & Analytics
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build data models and real-time reporting solutions
- Support operational decision-making with actionable insights
Integration & Architecture
- Integrate Power Platform, Dataverse, and Microsoft services
- Implement deployment workflows and version control
- Maintain secure and structured development environments
Documentation & Support
- Gather requirements from stakeholders
- Produce technical documentation and architecture diagrams
- Create training guides and user documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Required Technical Skills

Required Experience
- 8+ years as a Programmer Analyst, Software Developer, or similar role
- Experience building enterprise applications
- Experience integrating systems via APIs/connectors
- Experience creating dashboards or analytics solutions
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps teams
- Experience supporting large organizational systems
Microsoft Platform Experience
Strong experience with several of the following:
- Azure App Services / Functions / Logic Apps
- Azure Active Directory
- Power Platform development
- Data modeling (DAX / Power Fx)
- Enterprise system integrations
Preferred Certifications
(Not mandatory but highly valued)
- Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300)
- Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
- Functional Consultant (PL-200)
- Azure Administrator / Architect / Security
- PMP
- CISSP
- SharePoint certifications
Education
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be comfortable working in a secure environment
- Onsite presence in Ottawa required
