Job Purpose
We are currently recruiting for a full time Service Associate, Personal Insurance to work in our Capri Centre location. The role requires someone who has excellent organizational and customer service skills with a good working knowledge of EPIC.

The Service Associate role is responsible for providing support to Client Advisors, Personal Insurance by processing documents, checking current policies, preparing renewal letters, maintaining accounts receivable and non-renewal lists as well as supporting a renewal book of business.

This role is ideal for someone interested in developing into the position of Client Advisor, Personal Insurance.

Qualifications & Soft skill requirements:

A commitment to obtaining a Level 1 General Insurance License within 3 month of the start date
Experience with Microsoft office including outlook, excel and word
Ability to work in a fast paced team with high client service goals
Strong communication and writing skills
High sense of urgency and strong organization skills
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients and companies
Understanding of various insurance providers and personal lines products
