Role Summary:


As a Business Process Analyst in our Business Architecture team, you will play a key role in aligning TR's strategic goals and objectives with decisions across major business dimensions, including products, processes, systems, information flows, stakeholders, policies, initiatives, and organizational structures.

You will have the opportunity to see through TR's end-to-end business operation, and to support the definition and implementation of enterprise-wide business architecture artifacts and methodologies, such as process mapping and capability mapping standards.


About the Role:

In this role as
Business Process Analyst, Business Architecture, you will:

  • Supporting the Business Architecture team in driving growth, change, and customer satisfaction by strengthening TR's capability to execute its strategy and operate as a united, transparent, and efficient organization.
  • Conducting process mapping workshops across the organization.
  • Working in partnership with relevant stakeholders across the organization to assess our processes' maturity and identify process discrepancies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities to streamline TR's value streams and business processes.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders in supporting our strategic transformation projects and change initiatives, such as deployment of new products and services, implementation of new systems, operational improvements, or M&A/PMI from a business process perspective.
  • Designing target state processes based on business requirements defined within our change initiatives.
  • Assessing the processrelated impacts of our change initiatives and providing gap analysis based on the comparison of our current and target state processes.
  • Providing handson support for our stakeholders to align with our enterprisewide process taxonomy and process mapping standards.
