Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday operations of the shop, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • Supervise a team of shop technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning
  • Oversee shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading of materials
  • Operate skid steer, forklift, crane, and other heavy equipment as needed

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a shop or warehouse setting
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation
  • Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to the industry
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a team
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction

Pay:
$28.00-$30.00 per hour
