What your day to day will look like.

What will I learn?

  • Learn how to process orders using Oracle's Netsuite ERP system
  • Learn about the sales cycle for small and medium sized businesses as well as Enterprise customers.
  • Learn how to organize, classify and maintain customer records in a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Learn about vendor/customer relationships, contracts and methodologies. What's a coop program or a volume rebate you ask, we'll show you
  • Learn how to improve your time management skills.

  • We will provide you with the resources to empower you to be most effective, and the autonomy to feel true ownership in your role and output.
  • This isn't a stuffy corporate conglomerate, where you will never have access to management. Have a question about how or why something works that way, feel free to ask.
  • You will work with some of the largest brand names in the world. Be part of the discussions and think tanks where we develop new and innovative idea's to grow and market these brands.
  • Learn how the biggest retailers in the world operate. Giants like Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Sobeys, Canadian Tire etc. The knowledge you learn in this position is valuable to any company that sells a product/service.

Experience requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Previous accounting software or Oracle NetSuite knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Highly organized and selfmotivated
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow SOP's is a requirement.

From $18.00 per hour

Education:
