Position Description:
The primary duties of this position includes support for the branch's agents, clients, management and peers. Working with a team of peers, responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and organization of listing paperwork. Incumbents in this job may perform all or portions of the following duties and responsibilities.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Broker Load - input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into Broker Bay Program.

Reception duties - answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins, input messages

Offers - preparation of offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms/ documents


Agent activities - booking of open houses, photocopying and filing of all listings & legal documents Help with duties such as typing, appointment desk/ phones, draft letters and other documents.

You need to be able to multi-task, good command of the English language, be a team player, proficient in computers, excellent communication skills

Real Estate experience is an asset.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$48,500.00 per year
