Full-time Customer Service Representative/Medical Receptionist
- Must have a passion for patient care with minimum 1 year customer service experience and management experience would be considered an asset.
Athlete's Care is a multi-disciplinary sports medicine company with 20 locations in the Greater Toronto Area and 3 locations in Ottawa.

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm:
Administrative Duties include:
- Performing daily, weekly, and biweekly duties including, but are not limited to:_
- Physician Productivity/Reimbursement Reports
- No Future Appointment Reports
- Weekly Accounts Receivables Reporting and Follow up on Collections Status
- Performing or overseeing inventory levels and purchasing of office, therapy, and physician supplies
- Overseeing physician and therapist schedules to ensure correct scheduling and to ensure maximum utilization (i.e. ensure that schedules are always full)
- Overseeing clinic cleanliness to ensure the clinic is always maintained in a clean, hygienic, and presentable manner
- Assisting with training of newly hired administrative employees
- Overseeing the physical state of the clinic and submitting necessary requests for repair and maintenance (e.g. floor cleaning, painting, touch-ups, equipment repair, etc.)
- Ensuring that all administrative shifts are covered, and leading regularly scheduled staff meetings clinic team members
- Incoming and Outgoing Referrals, Fax handling, Callbacks
- Scanning of appropriate reports into patient's files
- Booking patient appointments, taking payment, and handling various patient, physician, and practitioner inquiries
- Overseeing administrative staff responsibilities
- Assisting Physician and Therapist staff throughout their clinic's schedules
- Ensuring all direct billing is completed in a time manner and all payments are reconciled
- Comply with Employee Handbook
- Assisting with the implementation of new initiatives
- Incoming and Outgoing Calls & Use of Callhero
- Plan of Care surveys are provided, monitored, and completed
- New Patient Registration is being updated, monitored, and completed
Salary:
$37,500.00-$40,000.00 per year
