Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will work closely with our development team to:

• Build strong and lasting relationships with our customers
• Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex issues for end users; recommend and implement solutions
• Assist with testing and replication of issues to define and close support tickets
• Troubleshoot bugs, errors and technical issues encountered; ensure information is logged and resolutions are shared with customers
• Participate in team meetings as required
• Maintain excellent documentation
• Create support resources such as video tutorials, knowledge base entries, and social media posts
• Other tasks and responsibilities relevant to the role

Skills and Experience

• A passion for providing top notch customer service
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Help desk or customer service experience
• Exceptional verbal and written English language skills
• High level of motivation with the ability to work unsupervised
• Desire to learn and creative problemsolving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and within Canada
• Strong work ethic and enjoyment of challenges.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Bonus Points:

• Bilingual (English/French)
• A Valid Drivers License and access to reliable vehicle
• An understanding of the child care sector
• Programming experience PHP, JavaScript, jQuery.

• Web Design

• Graphic Arts, HTML, CSS.
