• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a skilled laborer in a construction or maintenance setting
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
