P&P Roofing is looking for a project manager.The Project Manager is responsible for recruiting and developing a working relationship with sub contractors
- Responsible for sourcing, ordering all materials to complete residential roofing projects.
- Managing material runners
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy and submitting to owners for review.
- Responsible for uploading all job production photos to Company Cam app
- Available to respond to on call emergencies, if necessary.
- Manage sub contracting crews by assigning work and ensuring they are completing the jobs according to P&P standards
- Working with office staff to ensure all required paperwork is up to date and in order for each subcontractor.
- Managing multiple projects utilizing inhouse systems to plan, order materials, organize, schedule customers and crews.
- Recruit new subcontractors.
- Building relationships with homeowners, maintaining good relationships with homeowners and subcontractors
- Able to work at heights and clarify measurements.
- Able to put together material list for all residential roofing projects.
Requirments:
- Must be able to work at heights
- Must have good tape measuring skills and good grasp of all sloped roofing material (shingles and metal)
- Must be familiar with Microsoft programs, Excel, Word and Outlook and other roofing related programs (will train)
- Must have valid drivers license as you will be traveling to job sites regularly
- 5 years sloped roofing experience or related construction experience
Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per year
