Talent Acquisition Leader to join our office remotely from Dallas, Texas, latter on-site. New office expected to be opened by the end of 2024. By joining our team, you will be part of a group of knowledgeable and helpful colleagues and play a pivotal role in driving our hiring or talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent with aligned Teltonika's IoT Group goals and growth objectives.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:


  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with Teltonika IoT goals and growth objectives
  • Conduct fullcycle recruitment to hire top talents to our growing team in North America
  • Lead and mentor a team from 2 Talent Acquisition specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
  • Identify emerging trends and best practices of talent acquisition in North America and integrate them into global processes
  • Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes and ways of working to achieve the growth objectives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers globally to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make datadriven decisions
  • Continuous analysis of market and competitors
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics to leadership
  • Collaboration with global team to decide the best initiatives to implement

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, SAP is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking
  • Fluency in English
