  • Coleadershipof the Grid Solutions business in Canada, reporting to the North American Hub
  • Providemeaningful information and insights for steering the business
  • Ongoingcomparison of objectives and their achievement, consistent use of steeringactions to achieve the financial targets set by the Business Area and theExecution Unit
  • Providetransparency on actuals, forecast and budget as well as prepare and coordinateplanning for the Canadian business
  • Adequatereporting of results (e.g., analyses, presentations, findings, etc.) includingappropriate deviation analysis
  • Oversight ofthe commercial team during tendering activities and during execution ofconstruction projects, including all commercial responsibility and assurance ofaccuracy of the bids submission and/or project books and records as well ascompliance with Siemens Energy-FRG.
  • Leadershipof Grid Solutions Finance Team in Canada, further development of the financeteam
  • Driveprocess efficiency and costout, e.g. via digitalization, to ensure rationalizationpotential, to optimize productivity, and to meet safety requirements
  • Strongcollaboration with all stakeholders in the North American Hub, Project Entityand headquarters
  • Risk andinternal control management

What You Bring

  • Multipleyears of professional experience in solution business, commercial projectmanagement, sales and controlling
  • Leadershipexperience, e.g., of a department or business in a country or region
  • Knowhow ofSiemens Energy FRGs and accounting policies (e.g., project reporting andaccounting, provisions, valuation, risk and opportunity analysis)
  • Experienceor knowhow in Project Finance
  • Understandingof a unit's processes, products and global value flows
  • You have aprofessional background studying Business Administration, degree in Accountingor Finance is preferred
  • You like tocollaborate in nonhierarchical and international structures
  • You arehighly motivated, open minded and you have strong communication skills togenerate impact without hierarchical power
  • You arefluent in English, French is beneficial
  • CPA, MBA,PMI certification are beneficial
