Customer Service Representative
Job Type:
Part-time or Full-time
Flexible hours starting at 10:00AM to 2:00PM

Over 200 productions later, Stage West Dinner Theatre remains a local favourite among patrons. Operating in Calgary since 1982, Stage West offers a variety of plays, musicals, and features our signature gourmet buffet.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our box office you will be an integral part of creating the best experience for our patrons.
Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Answering all inbound calls in a friendly, inviting manner
- Carrying out ticket sales
- Answering questions pertaining to performances and daily operations
- Demonstrating a strong code of ethics while adhering to & protecting client and employee information
- Creating a positive experience by understanding and meeting customer needs quickly, professionally & accurately
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service an asset but not required.
- Excellent people skills
- General computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work with others and take direction
- The ability to work independently
- Punctuality

$15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
