- Help control the day to day operation of RMR's Aerial Park Operation.
- Assist with general supervision tasks such as: staff training, scheduling, payroll, departmental documentation, etc.
- Supervision of approximately 15+ full & part-time staff.
- Execute safe work procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in the department.
- Respect and adherence to RMR's company policies & protocols, as well as industry, provincial and federal standards.
- Help maintain a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety program.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- In good health and capable of working in a physically demanding job.
- Attention to detail.
- M.S.D.S. training
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Current driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract.
- Occupational First Aid Level 1
