    Job Summary

    This is a seasonal position running June to October with the potential of growing into a year round position. As the Aerial Assistant Supervisor you'll be required to assist the Supervisor hire, train and schedule a team of Aerial Park staff.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Help control the day to day operation of RMR's Aerial Park Operation.
    • Assist with general supervision tasks such as: staff training, scheduling, payroll, departmental documentation, etc.
    • Supervision of approximately 15+ full & part-time staff.
    • Execute safe work procedures.
    • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in the department.
    • Respect and adherence to RMR's company policies & protocols, as well as industry, provincial and federal standards.
    • Help maintain a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety program.

    Required Qualifications and Abilities

    • Hospitality experience preferred.
    • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
    • In good health and capable of working in a physically demanding job.
    • Attention to detail.
    • M.S.D.S. training
    • Must be at least 16 years of age.
    • Current driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract.
    • Occupational First Aid Level 1
