    Description:

    The Department of Nutritional Sciences in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, invites applications for a full-time tenure-stream position in the area of nutritional sciences.

    The appointment will be at the rank of Assistant Professor, with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2024.

    The successful applicant must have a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Nutritional Sciences, Human Nutrition, or a related discipline at the time of appointment.

    Further, the department looks to strengthen its core research platforms of Healthy Human Development and Aging, Precision Nutrition using -omics approaches, Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment, and Nutrition, Food, and Public Policy.

    In addition, the Department of Nutritional Sciences has recently established a Nutrition Intervention Center to facilitate interventional studies involving human participants.
