Description
Our casual fine dining restaurant is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Line Cook to join our team. An added benefit of working at Harvest is the team spirit. A positive attitude and ability to work in a face paced environment are critical.


Responsibilities:


  • Use highend ingredients in recipes to prepare gourmet food.
  • Keep a clean kitchen.
  • Consult with the chef about ingredients and recipes.
  • Be familiar with all aspects of running the kitchen.
  • Be able to perform basic kitchen functions such as cooking, cleaning, and sanitation.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Pay:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

  • WHITBY, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Cooking: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
