PAG Direct is currently looking for a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our centralized Accounting team PAG Direct is comprised of three dealerships throughout Toronto (Richmond Hill Hyundai, Richmond Hill Toyota and Thornhill Hyundai) and this position will be supporting all three.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable posting and monitoring collections
- Contacting receivable customers for collection
- Posting and recording various types of vehicle sales
- Submitting claims in a timely manner (government and manufacture rebates)
- Entering used vehicle purchases
- Posting journals and issuing cheques to customers when necessary
- Data entry into accounting software (Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion)
- Filing as required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of general accounting is preferred
- Retail Automotive & Dealership experience an asset
- Reynolds experience would be an asset
- Ability to learn new DMS and systems is essential
- Toyota/Hyundai experience an asset
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Working towards a designation is welcomed
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate & organized
- Ability to communicate well both verbally & written
- Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
- Proficiency in MS Office

Work Schedule:
- This is a 100% in-office position at our Richmond Hill Toyota location
- Monday to Friday: 8 hours a day, with flexible start time from 7:30am to 9:30am
Compensation:
- $40,000 to $44,000 annually
