About the Administrative Agent - Governance & Compliance role:

As part of the Governance & Compliance team, you will be responsible for clerical / administrative support for the department.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate meeting minutes for the purpose of summarizing and distributing information.
  • Proactively maintain the Compliance calendar including creating, maintaining, and frequently updating all activity records related to Compliance & Risk.
  • Provide administrative support during audits/investigations.
  • Compile department communications and presentations and create/prepare spreadsheets for analysis and reporting as required.
  • Collaborate with Communication teams to ensure all released enterprise communication and publishing of policies are translated and shared with Canadian staff.
  • Coordinate and validate translations and various types of material.
  • Research a variety of topics for the purpose of ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and established guidelines.
  • Participate in the department website management.
  • Ensure timely data management in the Compliance Hub (compliance repository).
  • Any other responsibilities and/or projects related to the role.

The profile we are looking for:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • College degree
  • Bilingual (English and French) in order to collaborate with colleagues across Canada and provide translation support.
  • Acts in accordance with professional standards including management of confidential information both at an individual and organization level
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must show evidence of initiative, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Excellent human relations, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
