DUTIES INCLUDE:

Hands on Work with ongoing projects.
Current civil experience hands on foreman
Able to read blueprints
Create and maintain raving fans, internal and external
Maintain equipment, preventative and reactive
Perform civil projects from drawings to sign off
Managing an entire crew and overseeing projects.
Experienced in pipework and inspections
Managing various job sites and keeping track of progress
Completing project preplanning processes, such as cost estimations and budgeting
Establishing construction schedules
Negotiating contracts and obtaining permits
Reviewing compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards
