Job Duties include:

  • Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen while practicing safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Take orders when required.
  • 23 years experience in food preparation in an Italian restaurant.
  • Food handling certification.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude to work in a team environment.
