Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints, work orders, and other process documentation to produce required parts for assembly and finished products.
• Set up and operate brake press, making adjustments as required, to ensure product meets engineering specification.
• Responsible for checking quality of formed product to ensure it is defectfree and ready for subsequent production steps.
• Responsible to adhere to production standards
• Follow health and safety standards and company policy at all times
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to setup machine using engineering drawings
• Must be able to selfcheck for parts quality to ensure parts are produced defectfree.
• Have an aptitude for math, problem solving, and the ability to learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently and cooperate within a team.
• Ability to communicate well with others and be detailedoriented.
• Skills training through a vocational school, technical college, apprenticeship, or college program preferred.
• 3+ years combined education and handson experience highly preferred.

$19.00-$23.00 per hour
