Job summary
We are looking for a General Labourer to join our team at McCain Foods (Canada) Florenceville Potato Processing Plant The role works 12 hour shifts on a 4 on (2 days, 2 nights), 4 off shift schedule Inspecting raw incoming potatoes or finished product Responsible for following all safety requirements Material handling of 25 kg boxes and bags Responsible for following change over policy and requirements Responsible for some sanitation duties Trouble shoot adjust and maintain equipment as required Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and Critical Control Points (CCP's Ensure SQCDPE targets are met by understanding and goal setting of KPI's Relay information to other Team members as an area Lead Key Area Resource Follow JHA's and work safely Participate in STEP program Behavioral safety observations Dealing with production issues working in a fast paced team environment Participate in Team meetings as required Responsible for the yearly completion of the Performance Excellence Program PEP training evaluation Complete core curriculum E learning coursesQualifications
