THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Experience, the Seasonal Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving warranty claims efficiently and seamlessly in line with existing Herschel Supply policies.

This role will work collaboratively with other departments including Product and Operations to oversee and provide customer feedback and education.

On a day-to-day basis, the Customer Experience Representative will:

  • Provide exceptional customer support
  • Develop and utilize detailed product knowledge and strong attention to detail
  • Communicate customer feedback and liaise with other departments to adhere to set standards
  • Manage a working inventory of replacement parts to ship to customers globally
  • Identify the range of defects outlined under the Herschel Supply warranty policy
  • Communicate with global retailers and provide assistance to customers and distributors
  • Work with Customer Experience team to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks
  • Be provided with the opportunity to develop and lead special projects outside of daily tasks and operations

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of general customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in eCommerce or related business operation
  • Postsecondary education is an asset
  • Passion for retail brands and fashion
  • Ability to work in office or from home on a hybrid schedule
  • Available to work on weekdays and weekends
