    Bilingual Senior Business Consultant
    is a business consulting firm based in Korea, Singapore, and Canada. We provide various consulting services for global business.

    Utilizing our extensive experience in Canada, we provide a full range of support services for clients who wish to expand their business from Korea to Canada.

    Located in downtown Vancouver, BC, we help Korean companies enter the larger capital environment, with a particular focus on providing opportunities to expand into Canada.

    Boasting a dedicated team of 11-50 employees worldwide, we are currently looking for a passionate Bilingual Senior Business Consultant to join our team.

    Bilingual Senior Business Consultant

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Consultant to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects.

    The Business Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop strategic plans, and implement solutions to drive performance and growth.

    Must be fluent in English and Korean

    • Bachelors or higher level of education. (MBA or Master's in a related field preferred)
    • Must have a deep understanding of the business management support role.
    • Proven experience as a Business Consultant or in a similar consulting role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business data.
    • Proficient in business planning, project management, and strategic analysis.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.

    Business consulting responsibilities :
    Work with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
    Understand the big picture to define business capabilities and build a roadmap for the future.
    Analyze and define user requirements and translate them into requirements/epics/user stories/data mapping documents.
    Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
    Develop and present comprehensive business plans and proposals to clients.
    Implement solutions and monitor their effectiveness to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
    Provide expert advice on business management, operational efficiency, and market trends.
    Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
    Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate best practices into consulting services.

    Experience working in a related field.

    • Business meeting experience preferred.
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.
    • Strong computer skills in MS Office and other software applications.
    Canadian citizens or permanent residents are prioritized.
