Tasks

Plan and ensure agile execution of workback schedule for all deliverables of the eCommerce team related to the replatforming project.
Report on status of all deliverables and communicate potential risks or delays.
Establish, communicate and help enforce processes to gain efficiency throughout each step.
Act as the goto person, being the intermediary between internal and external stakeholders and the Ecommerce team.
Facilitate product / project meetings and improve crossdiscipline communications.
Document business decisions (not added per se, but on its own line).
Draft user guides of developed features and ensure approved guides are shared across all relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with Product Owner, Design, Copy, Scrum Master and Manager, eCommerce to ensure proper delivery of the project.
Assist team members with daytoday digital and administrative tasks and communications.
Special tasks, as required.

Requirements:

A postsecondary degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities.
2+ years' experience in an Ecommerce coordinator role
Understanding of agile methodologies
Prior experience in Travel Technology, an asset
Solid organizational skills: ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to adapt to an everchanging environment and work with short deadlines.
Excellent strategic, critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Ability to juggle conflicting priorities while completing projects successfully.
Experience with Confluence, JIRA and MS Office
Ability to interpret wireframes and mockups.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group: managers, technical and business team members.
Fully bilingual (FR and EN)
