Job Overview:


As a Sales Representative/Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and ultimately converting them into satisfied customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads, initiate meaningful conversations, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking following company's sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to ensure a steady flow of opportunities by using CRM tools.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Create compelling and tailored pitches to capture the interest of potential clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
  • Conduct initial needs assessments to identify potential pain points and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and transition qualified leads to the sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with leads, providing them with valuable information and insights.
  • Keep leads engaged and informed about our company's latest developments and offerings.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and point of contact for leads throughout the sales process.
  • Generate regular reports and updates on lead generation efforts, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Complete full cycle of sales order processing from Issuing the Sales Quote and Sales Order to Fulfillment/Invoicing and Account receivables:

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
