CASA Mental Health is looking for a passionate project manager as we expand services provincially, providing mental health services to more kids and families across Alberta.

Salary range:
$82,000 - $124,000


Shift structure:
Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day

About the Role
CASA Classrooms are CASA's new model for school-based mental health services. The program


addresses the need for services closer to students by bridging a child's mental health and school needs, through a coordinated approach by a mental health team and a teacher.

CASA Classrooms are delivered in partnership with the Government of Alberta, community partners and school divisions.


The Project Manager will:

  • Maintain project plans, budgets, and communications and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with clinical and business operations teams to support activities.
  • Develop and implement processes and systems as needed.
  • Develop and implement project charters.
  • Manage project activities in support of the clinical service expansion.
  • Liaise between CASA's Program Management Office (PMO) and any committees regarding CASA Classrooms.
  • Establish and manage project plans and schedules in alignment with the clinical roll out plan.
  • Ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Identify internal and external resources required for the project to be completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Monitor and report project outcomes and/or risks to CASA's Senior Leadership Team.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Build a strong communication channel between the PMO, SMEs, project and coalition teams, Senior Leadership and external partners.
  • Develop relationships with government, school divisions, and other external organizations to foster collaboration and advance grant activities.
  • Liaise with partners in each community to facilitate the expansion of the CASA Classrooms.
  • Act as the key contact for partners and other inquiries.
  • Foster efficient and positive working relationships with other CASA teams.
  • Facilitate partner engagement across the organization in preparation for implementation.
  • Manage other, smaller operational projects in the portfolio.
  • Carry out other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of eight years of experience managing complex projects in a servicebased field.
  • Experience in a mental health or healthrelated field is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and partner relations.
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is an asset.
