THE COMPANY

Paul Davis Chatham-Kent is seeking a highly motivated, results oriented leader with project management experience in Restoration and Construction to join our team as Project Estimator.

Paul Davis provides Full Service Project Management Teams, in-house Mitigation utilizing our drying-in-place technical expertise and an in-house Contents Processing Facility.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Estimator responds rapidly and efficiently to residential and commercial insurance losses across Windsor-Essex region.

This position is a leader within the organization and is accountable for the achievement of sales, performance and customer experience goals.

As Project Estimator, you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects are properly completed.

DESIRED SKILLS AND TRAITS

• 5 years of experience as a Project Estimator/Manager within the property damage restoration industry
• College diploma in Construction Technology Management, Architectural Technology or Civil Engineering Technology is an asset
• Experience with wood framed residential construction is essential
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Goal oriented, strong work ethic
• Customer focused
• Able to handle a large volume of jobs
• Experience with Xactimate, Symbility, Encircle or other data management/scheduling software
• Flexible and able to effectively deal with numerous priorities
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be available to work on call
• IICRC Certification (Water, Fire, Mold) is an asset
• Valid Ontario driver's license required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
