As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of the product for our company, including all phases of the project lifecycle.

With your extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, you will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value.

You are a skilled communicator and presenter who can find the best fit between client and product. You are organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the customer experience.

Our ideal candidate is proactive, a quick learner, an excellent communicator, and can identify solutions in a complex business environment in a customer friendly and timely manner.

ResponsibilitiesManaging implementation activities, including time commitment, budget and risk management.
Ensure best practices and consistent delivery approaches are utilized on assigned projects.
Conduct project planning and estimating efforts for each assigned project.

Champion an insights-to-action approach focused on understanding what our customers value most and building solutions that achieve our business goals.

Relentlessly engage customers and gather insights about our product and services.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Identifying, evaluating and having a clear understanding of the high-level business needs of clients and stakeholders.
Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources.
Business process mapping of current state and desired state.
Conduct and / or facilitate information sessions and user training for new applications.
Undertake project implementation for new customers.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.5+ years of healthcare industry experience.
Strong knowledge of a software product company in the healthcare space, including an understanding of development cycles and processes.
Current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Experience with Electronic Medical Record software.
