The opportunity


As the ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, you will provide to consulting services to our clients using leading practices to design and develop business and technology solutions for our clients to achieve desired business outcomes and business value.

You will guide clients through a series of workshops to create clarity and requirements for the development team to implement.

You will show the client the art of the possible and create roadmaps for them to create future value from their ServiceNow Instance.

You will work within the broader project team in close collaboration with EY engagement manager, client stakeholders, and technical consultants.

You will work on projects that use Agile Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delovery methods.


Your key responsibilities

  • Design and develop business outcome solutions based on industry leading practices that are repeatable
  • Develop strategic client roadmaps, and lead client through full utilization of ServiceNow capabilities to provide value add.
  • Form a partnership with the client business teams to deeply understand their business. Conduct workshops and facilitate customer understanding of system functionality and EY teams understand of requirements
  • Contribute in a collaborative way to the team with informationsharing and cooperation
  • Design and Develop repeatable process, procedures, documentations, and workshop material that can used during client facing activities

Skills and attributes for success

  • To be successful in this role, you should have
  • Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflictmanagement skills
  • The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and under tight deadlines
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion, and simplify complex situation
  • Process modeling, process design, service costing and organizational design experience
  • Be flexible, adaptable and have the ability to deal with ambiguous situations as well as advanced writing, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Management Consulting experience
  • Facilitation of Requirements Gathering
  • Ability to manage multiple customers
  • Previous experience working with executive leaders and the Csuite
  • Following skills would be an asset
  • PMP Certificate
  • ITIL Expert Certificate
  • ServiceNow experience
