Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Server to join our Tipsy Moose team.

As a Food and Beverage Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering beverages in a timely manner.

Must possess a valid Pro Serve certificate_
Fulltime employees are eligible for extended health care benefits after 3 months of joining._

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take drink orders accurately and efficiently using a POS system
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks
Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist with food service as needed
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

Skills:

Previous experience in the restaurant or beverage service industry is preferred
Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Willingness to assist in other areas of the food industry as needed
