    Job Title: Overnight Line Painting/Crack Sealant Technician

    Company: North Country Property Maintenance Inc.

    Shift: Overnight (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

    Job Type: Temporary (Summer Work)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform line painting and pavement marking duties using specialized equipment.
    • Ensure accurate and precise application of paint in compliance with project specifications.
    • Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects within specified timelines.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
    • Conduct inspections to identify cracks and surface defects in pavement.
    • Operate crack sealing equipment to fill and repair pavement cracks.
    • Apply sealants with precision and in accordance with project specifications.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
    • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in line painting or pavement marking is preferred.
    • Knowledge of line painting equipment and materials.
    • Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to varying weather conditions.
    • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
    • Physical ability to lift and move equipment and materials.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
