Goldberg Groups Building Management manages commercial properties throughout the GTA. The company is seeking 1-2 commercial cleaners/ supervisors for their building in the Hamilton area. Cleaning of offices, common spaces, and lobby would be done in off hours. Night availability is required for this position. Shifts are 8 hours in length. Full time availability preferred.Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members
Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
