    Description

    The
    Bartender/Mixologist, reporting to the head waiter and working closely with the
    executive chef, is tasked with creating, preparing, and serving alcoholic and
    non-alcoholic beverages using only locally sourced products and all suggested
    local products. Additionally, the Bar/Chef is responsible for serving alcohol
    and food to customers seated at the bar.

    Responsibilities:

    Create
    original and innovative cocktails/mocktails while adhering to establishment
    standards.

    Coordinate
    setup production with the kitchen production chef.

    Manage bar
    supplies (alcohol orders and various products).

    Bar setup.

    Ensure a
    warm welcome for arriving customers in the dining area.

    Assist in
    the dining area when possible.

    Welcome
    customers at the bar, provide information and details about the menu and wine
    list.

    Build
    rapport with customers throughout the meal to ensure they fully enjoy the
    experience.

    Assist in
    setup.

    Participate
    in any other tasks required by the nature of the role.

    In-house
    additional training.

    Group

    Minimum two
    years of experience as a Bartender/Mixologist.

    Certificate
    in Bar Service and/or Restaurant Service.

    Sommelier
    ASP from a hotel school is an asset.

    Bilingual.

    Trilingual
    is an asset.

    Calm and
    diplomatic.

    Dedicated
    to customer satisfaction.

    Good memory
    to explain ingredient origins and preparation methods.

    Ability to
