    Job title: Sales Supervisor

    Sales Leadership Role

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive retail store performance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee daily sales operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Team Management: Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent results.
    • Staff Development: Provide coaching and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Store Performance Improvement: Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar retail leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
    • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
