Marketing, Communications and Admin Specialist
True is looking for an amazing person to help us strategize, and create content that will make an impact, and expand our company brand.
This position will be responsible for developing, and implementing remarkable content strategies, customer promotions, digital programs all to support the company's goals for business growth, and customer loyalty.
If you enjoy working in a collaborative, and fast-paced environment, and have an interest in the sports, and hospitality world, then this position is for you.

Job Details:
- Create and implement the social media communication strategy and plan content calendar
- Develop content (digital/print/video) in collaboration with the management team
- Manage the content calendar and ensure that all deadlines are met
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Create programs that result in customer engagement and sales growth
- Conduct SEO analysis and implement optimization strategies.
- Manage the company websites.
- Develop, track, and communicate on a regular basis key KPI's
- Manage 3rd party marketing partnerships
- Assist the Events Specialist with event planning, and incoming leads
- Assist with community events
- Develop, and execute promotions for all venues
Qualifications:
- Positive, upbeat attitude, hardworking, and driven
- Strong passion for excellence in work
- Superb social media skills
- Postsecondary degree/diploma in this field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience of 1 to 2 years is an asset
- Ability to create content Adobe, photos and videos is an asset
- Advanced planning and organizational skills

From $40,000.00 per year
