Position Description:

Here¿s What You Will Get to Do:

  • Maintain Physician Faculty calendars; schedule and confirm appointments, anticipate time conflicts, and use judgement to reschedule meetings or appointments according to changes in priority.
  • Arrange meetings, internal and external small
- and large-scale events; coordinate bookings, catering, audio visual and equipment, as required.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Onboard/offboard various students and research fellows; provide timekeeping support to supervisors.
  • Provide ongoing support and coverage for other coordinators within the Department.
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative projects from draft to implementation/completion.
  • Assist with travel bookings, as needed.
  • Act as daytoday onsite point person for operational requirements for the Department.
  • Develop strong relationships and communicate with multiplelevel contacts across several portfolios and throughout the Hospital to exchange/ report/ analyze moderately complex information.
  • Independently respond and collaborate with other areas to problemsolve/resolve conflicts and roadblocks, and independently or collaboratively propose solutions.

Here¿s What You Will Need:


  • Seniorlevel administrative experience required, experience in a similar health care setting an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced work environment with many interruptions and multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in completion of administrative tasks.
  • Advanced administrative analytical, evaluative, and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Advanced interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
  • A commitment to understanding and aiding in the pursuit of equity, diversity & inclusion

Employment type:
Full-time Permanent, 5 days onsite**
