Psychologist - Clinic Lead to join our team.
How we think, feel and behave is the result of complex interactions between our biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors.
The therapeutic approaches our team uses take each of these factors into account.
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other mental health professionals, including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Clinical Therapists.
Most symptoms are directly connected to our brain patterns and the ONPC offers multiple forms of treatment to target brain regulation and overall healing.
As the Clinic Lead you will have the opportunity to provide mentorship, education and supervision to the rest of the team.
This role comes with a signing bonus and competitive compensation in recognition of your experience and leadership skills.
We are looking for someone who possesses the following:
- Psychologist or Psychological Associate (autonomous or supervised practice) to provide Psychotherapy, Psychoeducational and/or Psychological Assessments
- PhD or Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
- Has relevant working experience in areas of practice, with an emphasis on traumarelated work
- Registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
- Possesses Professional Liability Insurance or be willing to obtain
- Demonstrates professionalism and effective case management skills (e.g., timely reports)
