Job summary

The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible to the Executive Director or the Director of Care. They ensure and support the implementation and evaluation of the resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines,
and regulations to ensure that the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum LPN Provincial Certification required.
  • Must be fluent in English for performance work.
  • At least 5 years experience as an LPN (or other Nursing designation) in continuing care setting.
