Description
We are a Property Management company that oversees 150+ residential rental units, including Town homes and Apartment suites looking to fill a Full Time position of Property Administrator to assist our Property Manager.
Job Description will include:
- Answering rental inquiries
- Preparation of Lease Agreements and Renewals
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Rent collection
- Spreadsheet reporting including rent roll and vacancy
- Schedule utilities
- Tenant Insurance Renewals
- Notices to tenants
- Newsletters, Information, Warnings, Evictions, etc
- Property Management invoicing
- Repair & Maintenance coordination/scheduling/follow up
- Inspection coordination/scheduling/record keeping
- Statements of Account
- Prepare files for Resolution Board
- Prepare files for Collections
- Key inventory
Job Types:

- 8 hour shift
