Description

We are a Property Management company that oversees 150+ residential rental units, including Town homes and Apartment suites looking to fill a Full Time position of Property Administrator to assist our Property Manager.


Job Description will include:


  • Answering rental inquiries
  • Preparation of Lease Agreements and Renewals
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Rent collection
  • Spreadsheet reporting including rent roll and vacancy
  • Schedule utilities
  • Tenant Insurance Renewals


  • Notices to tenants

  • Newsletters, Information, Warnings, Evictions, etc
  • Property Management invoicing
  • Repair & Maintenance coordination/scheduling/follow up
  • Inspection coordination/scheduling/record keeping
  • Statements of Account
  • Prepare files for Resolution Board
  • Prepare files for Collections
  • Key inventory

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
In person
