Your job

  • Perform processing and analysis relating to distributions generated by securities, while taking into account deadlines and various variables (e.g. type of product and client, tax deductions, currency conversion), and various exceptions.
  • Follow up on activities (e.g. reconciliation and resolution of differences, collection of amounts due), and ensure compliance with established policies, standards and procedures.
  • Produce various reports and statistics and ensure data integrity
  • Interact with the various sectors of the Bank and more experienced professionals in order to offer technical support for the processing carried out
  • Provide useful information for decisionmaking and make recommendations to improve systems and work processes
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of new work systems and processes

Your Team


You will be part of a team of 20 colleagues within the Dividends sector of the greater team of Domestic Market Events, and you will report to the manager of the team.

Prerequisites

  • Threeyear college or university degree or academic equivalent, and four years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of securities and various financial products
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Initiative, organization, speed, and precision
