POSITION:


We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the Property Management Team as a
Coordinator, Client Relations & Condo Delivery who will have a high level of engagement to ensure our high level of client satisfaction.

The Coordinator, Client Relations & Condo Delivery will join one of the most
dynamic and leading real estate developers of Montreal.

This person will report to the Agent, Client Relations & Condo Delivery with dotted line reporting to the Vice President, Property Management.

The incumbent will
collaborate with various internal clients while ensuring an excellent client service.

The Coordinator, Client Relations & Condo delivery will
follow up and work closely with the purchasers from the moment a sale is approved until the remittance of the keys.

This person needs to have
excellent communication skills, be a
team player, be able to
prioritize in a
fast-paced environment, possess a high
attention to detail, be highly
organized, and
autonomous.

Projects must be managed
cross-functionally and across several geographies/locations as needed by the Property Management team.


The
major responsibilities in this position will fluctuate depending on the needs of the Property Management team, however, the Coordinator, Client Relations & Condo Delivery must be able to provide
support with
direct sales, customer relationship management, and
sales support.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensure
    total client satisfaction and excellent client experience throughout the delivery process for both internal and external clients;
  • Coordinate the
    delivery of condominiums in collaboration with the various internal and external players (i.e., Construction, Notaries, Accounting, etc.);
  • Ensure a prompt follow up regarding
    document preparation for notaries, financing, inspections, and closing dates;
  • Produce
    weekly activity reports for tracking deliveries;

Collaborate with the Construction, Delivery and Customization department regarding repairs of
deficiencies in units;

Confirm all appliances, electricity, ventilation, etc. in the units are f
ully functional prior to inspections;

Coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure elevated standards of cleanliness prior to scheduled inspection with clients;

Conduct inspections with clients in accordance to company's standards, which includes greeting clients in lobby, confirming identification and POA, if necessary;

  • Prepare
    keys and ensure shipment to notary in view of closing;

Deliver welcome gift in unit prior to client taking of possession of unit;

  • Take charge of
    all projects delegated to you;

Collaborate with the team to assist with other projects;

  • All other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
-
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in business, management or real estate preferred);

  • A minimum of
    3 years experience in a
    customer service role;
  • Experience in
    real estate, an asset;
-
Exceptional customer service skills;

  • A strong knowledge of
    Microsoft Office;
  • Strong communications skills in both
    French and
    English;
-
Chinese
speaking will be considered a strong asset;

  • Ability to
    manage multiple projects simultaneously, while managing
    priorities, and working with
    tight deadlines;

Active listener and strong
interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to
    adapt and change to an everevolving market;

  • Be
    solution, and

  • Valid
    drivers license, and your own vehicle.
