A&W Campbell River, in BC, is seeking full and part time Kitchen Crew to start immediately at our Merecroft location.

Wage:
$ $17.25/hour

Job Type:
Full-time, part-time, temporary, or leading to permanent if desired. Work includes various shifts (Days, Evenings and Weekends).

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas, paying attention specifically to the correct handling of raw proteins, such as beef, pork, eggs, chicken, fish.
Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
Prepare foods following specific methods that usually require short preparation time.
Operate largevolume cooking equipment such as grills and deepfat fryers.
Read food order monitors or receive verbal instructions and prepare and cook food according to instructions.
Clean, stock, and restock workstations.
Wash, cut, and prepare.
Receive delivery of supplies.
