Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications, the Communications Coordinator is primarily responsible for helping the director and their team manage various projects within the department.
Specifically, your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Contribute to the creation of various communication pieces (news, corporate messages, newsletters, etc.).
- Manage the translation service, more specifically follow up on requests from various departments and manage billing with the accounting team.
- Proofread documents and ensure the quality of the projects produced by the department.
- Support corporate communications and marketing initiatives for both an internal and external audience.
- Collaborate with the various internal teams and our suppliers to support the delivery of ongoing projects
Qualifications:
To join our team, you need:
- College or university-level studies in communications, linguistic, public relations, or any another relevant field
- Strong writing skills
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage priorities
