What you will focus on

What you bring:

The education and experience.

You have a background in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, including in-depth experience in full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency setting.

You have expertise in building talent attraction strategies to recruit for niche roles and leveraging social media platforms to drive recruitment efforts.

You are a passionate DEIB champion who can educate and support hiring managers in recognizing and eliminating bias and barriers in talent acquisition.

The drive. You are flexible, with the ability to respond to changes in the team, the company, and the industry. You are perceptive, proactive and solution-oriented. You're incredibly organized, coordinating all of the details while maintaining focus on the big picture.

You take the initiative to seek opportunities to support the growth of the organization through robust talent pipelines, exceptional talent acquisition, and continuous improvement.
