The Customer Relationship Specialist works alongside the sales representative and helps manage contracts, processes orders, updates reports, and collaborates with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience in addition to ensuring that customer inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes addressing customer needs, timely responses, and handling all aspects of the customer relationship.
You should maintain solid product knowledge and work closely with individuals from all departments to ensure seamless service.- Timely responses to customer requests/inquiries
- Work with all departments to address customer needs
- Contract management
- Collaborates and works with crossfunctional teams in a productive, professional, and thoughtful way
- Update customer reports
- Processes orders using JustFood ERP/Microsoft Dynamics NAV 201
- Requests freight quotes
- Manages inventory
- Proactively shares customer information amongst the team, keeping members informed on customer activities
- Follows and adheres to all company business processes and protocols including customer/project qualification, product approval, contracting, price quotes, commercialization, sales pipeline, etc
- Is well informed and shares customer forecast information
- Is capable of effectively managing account contracts including awareness of customer product sales velocities
